[New Feature] New feature released
Directory for Affection -Admina Directory-
We have officially released a feature that was open to customers who wanted it as a beta version! All customers can use the Admina Directory (directory).

1. Aggregate employee data required for information
Only information necessary for information systems is linked, and highly confidential information handled by personnel and labor, such as gender, address, and salary information, is not aggregated. Also, since multiple domains that want to be automatically determined as internal IDs can be set, companies that manage multiple domains within the company, such as group companies, can also use it.

2. Highly flexible custom fields
Even when the personnel register is managed in multiple files using spreadsheet software, etc., conventional management items can be carried over directly to the “Admina Directory.” Also, it is possible to sort display items and add custom items from the management screen.

3. Automatically detects unregistered IDs and prevents management omissions
By linking “Money Forward Admina” with each SaaS, when an internal ID not in the employee DB on the HR side is found, it is registered as an “unregistered ID,” and contract forms, employment status, etc. can be edited and added to the internal ID. As a result, employee information such as part-time jobs and outsourced work can also be managed without omission.

*Currently, both the account and directory menus are running in parallel, but we plan to integrate them into the directory in the future.
*There may be differences between the user type in the account menu and the user type in the directory, but this is due to differences in detection logic. Please recognize the directory user type as correct.
